About the Author
Ann Chambers is author of several PennWell top-selling books. She served as managing editor for PennWell’s 1998 and 1999 editions of the International Electric Power Encyclopedia. Ms. Chambers is a former editor and writer for Power Engineering and Power Engineering International and an author of PennWell’s Power Industry Abbreviator. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and English from Oklahoma State University.
