Important Ordering Information
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All shipping timelines are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders qualifying for Free Shipping typically ship within one business day.
Orders selecting Overnight or 2nd Day shipping must be placed before 1:00 p.m. Central Time (Monday–Friday) to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends will ship the next business day.
The online store accepts orders totaling 150 lbs. or less. For orders exceeding this limit, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance and a shipping quote.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. PennWell Books is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders ship via FedEx or other major carriers, depending on destination and service level.
