Jim August, P.E., has 25 years of direct engineering and maintenance performance experience in most types of power plant and many process facilities. Currently, August is the president of CORE, Inc. Based in Arvada, Colorado, CORE provides software and services for developing and implementing equipment reliability programs for power plants and related facilities. His experience includes operations, maintenance, and engineering support in areas including safety, compliance, and cost analysis.
